Corporate Tax
Our team provide corporate tax compliance and advisory services  with a strong emphasis on the financial services industry.

For many of our clients we provide a complete outsourcing of the tax function ensuring tax is correctly reflected in statutory accounts, payments of tax are made on a timely basis and tax returns and computations are submitted to Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs well in advance of the statutory deadlines.

We provide a pro-active tax service in relation to both compliance and advisory work ensuring that work is progressed efficiently and relevant issues across all taxes are brought to your attention. We are flexible in our approach so that the timing of compliance fits in with your requirements.

Accounting
We have a team with over 30 years of accounting experience, with a strong emphasis in financial services. Many of our clients outsource their bookkeeping and annual financial statement preparation to us.

We have a particular niche specialism in providing this service to corporate members at Lloyd’s. We have a complete understanding of the accounting requirements for all approved vehicles including Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP), Scottish Limited Partnership (SLP) and Namecos.  Some of the areas that we would cover include:

Calendar year profit or loss of Lloyd's Syndicates.
Cost of capacity and any gains or losses arising on sales

Our company secretarial team have over 30 years experience in the Lloyd’s Market.  They offer clients the full range of company secretarial services ranging from formation of a company through to dissolution.

We have a great deal of experience in providing such services for Limited Liability Partnerships, as well as for limited companies.
